Items details

Corina Alonso Updated by Corina Alonso

We have introduced a new overlay that displays all relevant information about your items. To access it, simply click the info icon 'i' next to the item name to open the sidebar.

The overlay has three tabs: Details, Analytics, and Used in reports. Let's take a closer look at each tab:

Details tab

This tab provides basic information about the item, such as when it was created, which client account it's associated with, which channel it contributes to, and the types of events it measures. It also displays the item's name as it appears in reports. The “Source info” section provides information about the platform the item belongs to, the level (type of content) being measured, and the external ID used to locate the item in the external platform.

Analytics tab

This tab gives you an overview of the events being measured for the item over time. You can refine your analysis by specifying a timeframe using the date picker in the top right corner. You can also filter by event type to focus on a specific event and see its distribution over time.

If you want to see a more granular view of the various devices, you can click on each device type.

For instance, by clicking on "Mobile," you can drill down even further and see the distribution of the item's events by specific mobile devices, as seen in the screenshot below.

Used in reports tab

This tab shows which reports the item is part of, making it easy to locate the relevant reports.
