The Feedback report

To look at the ideas and bugs you’ve collected on your website, from the “Reports” section, click on “Feedback”. As always, you can choose to get an overview of the feedback you have received across all your websites or filter just one/specific media.

You will access a dashboard with all the ideas your users posted. You will be able to check how popular the ideas are among users how many comments each idea received, when it was posted and finally you will be able to check the status of ideas. You can also quickly filter the ideas by using the “Search” functionality.

 If you wish to see the bugs signalled by users, you can click on “Bugs” and access the Bugs dashboard.


By clicking on a specific idea, you will be able to add comments, to reply to the user who posted the idea with an email and finally to delete the idea.

What’s more, if you click on “Technical info” you will know which device, operating system and browser the user was using. Finally, to change the status of an idea, click on the dropdown menu next to “Status”.
