Yes, UserReport is currently 100% free for anyone to use. However, we do offer a premium product called “Kits”, more targeted towards publishers, that comes with a cost.
But all UserReport features (survey and Feedback widget) are free and will remain so.
In case you were wondering how we then monetize our business, we offer paid consultant services helping select clients setting up UserReport and doing advanced analysis using data from both UserReport and Google Analytics. UserReport is also working on other products in select markets, offered to select partners. These include advanced online market research tools which are the current cornerstone in our monetization.
