Case 3: Selecting survey data from UserReport

If you wish to select survey data from your UserReport account, click on “Select”. You will then need to name your seed. You can also give it a brief description and add labels to it. Once you have done this, click on the “Create” button.

Now, you can select which questions you would like to import.

In this case, we are interested in building a seed of people who intend to purchase a phone in the next 3 months. Once the question(s) are selected, you can click on “Sync”.

Please note that the answers to the survey questions must be mutually exclusive in order to get the best prediction. A person answering can't be both in “No” and “I don’t know”, for example.

Please note that it can take a couple of minutes for your question(s) to sync. Once the syncing is done, you will see a data summary underneath the section called “Question”.

You can also look into the “Statistics” section to get insights on the current and historical size of your seed, its columns and values. In the “columns” section, you will be able to change how the column names are displayed and rename them.

This means your seed is ready to be used to create an audience of people you can grow and push to other platforms. Please check our create your audience section to learn more.
