When is a tracking point considered to be violating Geo Compliance/Transparency/Viewability?

A tracking point is considered to violate a Quality metric when more than half of the events on the tracking point is violating.

For instance, if more than half of the events on a tracking point is coming from other countries than your campaign country, then the tracking point is violating the Geo Compliance metric.
