What is the uncertainty indicator?

Corina Alonso Updated by Corina Alonso

The uncertainty indicator is used to signal any potential issues with the reliability and accuracy of the data. These issues may be due to factors such as insufficient data caused by e.g. a low sample size, poor-quality data, or simply the fact that not enough data has been collected yet.

AudienceReport automatically detects data quality for a campaign or part of a campaign. In case of insufficient or poor-quality data, a visual indicator is displayed in the report items table. This indicator is represented by a red or yellow icon respectively, as shown in the screenshot below.

A yellow indicator indicates that the quality of the available data somewhat impacts the reliability and accuracy of an item’s reported numbers. A red indicator indicates that the quality of the available data impacts the reliability and accuracy of an item’s reported numbers more significantly.
